1. How can I register for a training seminar?
You can register by sending a request via email at training@euro-essentials.com
You can also register by calling (905) 602-0066 ext1, or toll free at (866) 387-0220. Finally, you can also register by contacting your sales representative.
2. What information do you require when registering?
In order to register, we require your name, address, and phone number so that we may contact you in order to confirm. We also require the Spa name where you are currently employed.
We require a major credit card, Visa, MasterCard, or AMEX in order to reserve your place. Payment is processed once we have confirmed that you will be attending. We make every effort to contact you one week prior to the seminar in order to confirm. Should you wish to pay cash, we ask that you contact the office directly as speak with a representative.
4. What is your Cancellation Policy?
You will not be charged provided that you allow us up to 1 week notice for cancellation. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
5. Where do you provide the training?
Most of the training will be held here at our location. You will be notified in advance if our training will take place off-site. Our training location is at 5566 Tomken Road, Mississauga, Ontario.
6. Who will instruct the training seminars?
All of our instructors are trained professionals with vast industry experience.
We strive for a low teacher/student ratio. A large class would consist of approximately ten attendees, while a small class would consist of no less than two.
